Each year the University of Tampa hosts a fabulous dinner for those members of the Minaret Society to honor their biggest supporters. Director of Community Relations Alexandra Ellison is the ringleader of the event and does an amazing job every time with the decor, food and ambiance.

My job as the event photographer is to first photograph each person or couple that attends. They receive a print later as a keepsake from the event. Everyone looks their best so it's nice to be able to frame a professional photo from their evening.

After those portraits are done, I pack up all my backdrops and lighting and head into the main event--dinner. There are always musicians and singers there to entertain and a gorgeous meal follows. So, I document guests enjoying the evening and all the decor that shows how much planning goes into this one night. Enjoy!
