Dylan's Heart

Dylan Sepulvado survived 12 heart surgeries and five pacemakers before receiving a heart transplant at the age of ten. After his recovery at the Ronald McDonald House, he returned home to start school, celebrate a birthday and start a new life as a "normal" child.
